Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Liu Hengzhi (individual developer) ("we") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal data when providing Minmin Hub (also known as Pikmin Hub). Minmin Hub is an independent, unofficial community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Niantic, or their affiliates.
1. Data We Process
We process only data reasonably necessary to provide account, postcard library, community, exchange, and safety features.
- Account data: email address, Supabase user ID, username, country or region, verification status, and agreement records.
- User content: postcard images and details, posts, comments, likes, place names, mushroom information, and other content you submit.
- Exchange and safety data: requests, related postcards, status, 16-digit friend codes, reports, blocks, content snapshots, and moderation records.
- Device and technical data: with permission, photo library, location, motion/step count, and notifications; infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, device logs, and error logs.
2. Purposes
We use data to create and protect accounts, synchronize postcards, display community content, complete exchanges, send necessary notifications, process reports and blocks, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, fulfill deletion requests, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
3. Public Content
Your username, region, posts, comments, images, and voluntarily entered locations may be visible to signed-in community users. Do not publish home addresses, telephone numbers, identification documents, precise whereabouts, or another person's data.
4. Providers and Cross-Border Processing
We use Supabase for authentication, databases, storage, and Edge Functions. Data may be processed outside your country or region, subject to reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention
Account data and user content are generally retained until you delete them or close your account. Safety records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary for abuse, appeals, security, or legal requirements.
6. Your Rights
You may edit account information, withdraw permissions, delete your content, block users, permanently close your account, or contact us about access, correction, and deletion.
7. Security
We use authentication, row-level security, protected server functions, and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Minors
Minmin Hub is not intended for children under 13. Users below the age of independent consent in their region must use it with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.
9. Updates
We will provide reasonable notice of material updates and obtain consent again where required.

Terms of Service
By registering for, accessing, or using Minmin Hub, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 and comply with applicable law. Do not impersonate others, transfer accounts, or bypass security restrictions.
You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to storing, displaying, moderating, and operating the service. Illegal, infringing, sexual, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or malicious content and misuse of exchange features are prohibited.
Minmin Hub only facilitates exchange intentions and friend-code display. We do not guarantee completion, item value, user identity, or in-game results. The service is provided as is and is governed by the laws of Singapore.
Community Guidelines
Posts, comments, images, names, locations, and exchange interactions must remain safe and respectful. Harassment, bullying, hate, sexual content, sexualization of minors, threats, disclosure of private information, fraud, spam, account trading, infringement, and moderation evasion are prohibited.
Use in-app reporting and blocking tools. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
